This course was designed and is taught by artist Scott Buttrick for artists. We will cover everything from the basics to advanced marketing strategies. "One thing I have found over the years is that while artists produce incredible art they are not very good at the business side of being an artists". The topics covered are presented in an easy to understand format.

About the instructor:
Scott Buttrick earned a BFA from Western Michigan University and owned a commercial photography studio in Kalamazoo, Michigan. After selling his studio in the early 90's, Scott worked in upper management within the petroleum industry until 2003 when he changed careers and became a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments. In 2008, Scott decided to follow his life long dream of owning his own fine art gallery and return to his passion for fine art photography.
